We invite you to VIEW and UPDATE your Personal and Household information in our Church Membership Database.  It shares your contributions, members in your household along with their birthdays, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses and even a church-wide monthly list of Birthdays & Anniversaries.

TO BEGIN

You must first have provided us with your basic household information, including your email address.   The email address you provide us drives your ability to log in to this database.  Sharing of this information is primarily retrieved from Connection Cards filled out weekly for attendance.  If you have not provided this information before, you may email a request to the administrator and your information will be updated to allow you access. (Email Administrator)

Please note:  Only the Head of the Household individuals will be allowed access into this database.  (Usually this is an adult, parent(s) of the household)

Initially as you log-in you may be required to "request a password" to get you started.  This is also a security feature to ensure that only head of household members are accessing their personal information.

ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN

You will be able to view all members of your household as you have shared in the past on Connection Cards.  You are able to update the individuals listed with their correct birthdays, addresses, emails, etc.  If you are unable to see all family members you wish to have listed, or if you see individuals listed as family members that should not be, please email the administrator to have these corrected. You will not have access to ADD/DELETE individuals on your database, but the administrator will take care of it for you.

You will be able to view all contributions made to New Image Outreach and a breakdown of the areas your contributions have been designated.  You are able to download and print out these reports.

PLEASE NOTE

You will only see Individual Contributions, which means, if the donation was entered under your spouse's name, rest assured the contributions are in our system, just not viewable by you and your email address and may require your spouse to log in under his/her email address to view the additional contributions entered.  To receive a complete report of ALL Household Contributions, the Secretary/Treasurer, upon request, at anytime can print one out for you.  Also each year in January your family will receive an End-of-the-Year Statement of all your prior year's individual contributions within your Household. Again, if you have any questions, you may contact the Administrator or the Secretary/Treasurer.  (Email Secretary/Treasurer for printed statements)

HOME TAB

At the HOME tab you will be able to view the current month's birthdays and anniversarys of all members in the system.  There is also a helpful YouTube Video providing more instructions on how to access and use this wonderful tool.
