Welcome!

The New Kingdom Kids Children’s Church for children ages 5-11 gather together every Sunday morning during the 9AM & 11AM services to praise and worship the Lord and experience His resurrection power while discovering and exploring His Word through fun and energetic lessons and experiences. We would love for you join us this Sunday as we celebrate our Risen Savior!

"Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.  One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts."
Psalms 145:3-4 (KJV)

Our Vision

Throughout the Bible, God has made it perfectly clear that one generation should share the wonders of His love, mercy and power with the next generation. As His disciples we are called out to do this very thing.  It is our mission in this ministry to lead each child to know, love and obey God through Jesus Christ.  Children and their families are our passion.  Maturing lives, transformed by the power of the Spirit, are our pursuit.   Obeying and enjoying the will of our Father with our children throughout eternity is our goal.

Our Purpose

In this ministry we seek to instruct, encourage and help children to become disciples of God through Jesus Christ.  The path of the disciple, despite their age, is demonstrated through the Word of God in these two passages spoken by Jesus:

 THE GREAT COMMANDMENT

"Love the Lord God will all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind... love your neighbor as yourself.
All the law and the prophets hand on these two commandments."
Matthew 22:37-40

THE GREAT COMMISSION

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
Matthew 28:19-20

Therefore based on God's Word our main focus of teaching in the New Kingdom Kids Ministry is on the following:

FELLOWSHIP - Know Christ by confessing Jesus as Lord and entering into the blesings and responsibilities of membership in the Body of Christ.

DISCIPLESHIP - Grow in Christ by maturing as believers through the understanding and use of personal spiritual disciplines.

MINISTRY - Serve Christ by identifying their unique gifts and abilities and employing them in ministry to others.

EVANGELISM - Share Christ by being challenged to understand their life mission and responsibility to reach others.

WORSHIP - Worship by daily joyful surrender of their minds, their bodies, and their wills to the awesomeness of God.

Our Ministry Values

Several key ministry values guide our efforts as stated in our purpose and they are as follows:

~ Children are important to God and therefore important to us.  We are committed to their safe, secure, and nurturing care.

~ Entering into a relationship with God is not just an event but an experience involving a process of continual growth and maturity.

~ The New Kingdom ids Ministry is a child-centered ministry.  We make key decisions based on their needs and sound biblical principles.

~ In order to minister more effectively, creativity is integrated to provide fun and exciting ideas we know the kids enjoy.

~ It is important the message of Christ is delivered relevant to the life of child now.

~ All children are to be view as God view them, a unique blessing and a wonderful creation. All children are to be accepted regardless of age, maturity, skill, giftedness, physical strength, family situation, race, nationality, or personality.

~ Children learn best when we are focused and prepare.  Our efforts, programs and prayers are intended to be integrated and reinforcing while retaining flexibility under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

"Kids can make a difference!  Kids can change the world!"
