The God of the Bible is a God of structure. In the 18th chapter of Exodus Moses received Godly advice from his father-in-law, Jethro, to choose men who would help him carry the weight of the ministry. In the 6th chapter of Acts, the early church chose men to serve in meeting the needs of the growing church.
